Meet the Early Years Coach
My journey in early years started over thirty years ago. I am a proud NNEB and also have a BA in Early Years and hold EYT status.

My career has spanned over three decades so far. Starting out as a shy nursery nurse back in 1993 through to today as the founder and director of The Early Years Coach.
In recent years I worked as an Ofsted Inspector and continue to spend time actively involved in nursery life.

My true passion lies in giving every child the very best opportunity to flourish and thrive in their first five years through high quality provision and practice.
I offer a range of services that help early years providers create and maintain the very best environments for children. Using my many years of knowledge and experience I offer a range of bespoke services and solutions to help you on the journey to achieving excellence.
